      Great People, A Little Disjointed

      Pros

      Really smart people who have a ton of experience. Great creatives and digital people.

      Cons

      Disjointed in regards to the separation of teams. There is also a lack of good communication. As a new person, there is little to no appropriate training.

      Pros

      Great training, great people, great opportunities for entry level employees. You can stay forever if you do a moderately good job. Movement within the company is encouraged for good employees.

      Cons

      Top heavy management who are going no where. Little chance for advancement beyond middle-management. Salaries on the lower end of the scale. Meaningless, small bonuses.
