You truly feel a part of the team!

Pros

A collaborative work environment where you can truly make an impact on the company and its growth. The team is scaling quickly without sacrificing quality and culture. Management cares about building a smart, efficient team with proper work-life balance. There is a good balance of structure and flexibility; no micro-management here! Some of my fave perks: unlimited PTO, monthly happy hour, gym memberships, and catered lunches!

Cons

While everyone is encouraged to crush it at work, there is more pressure to fill large shoes (or even shoes that have never been worn before). If you're up for the challenge, this is a great place to step out of your comfort zone and excel!

A true rocket ship

Pros

I know the word "rocket ship" is overused, but I feel really lucky to be part of such an amazing, fast-growing team. We've more than doubled headcount in the last 6 months, and we'll double in size again this year. - I get to work with some of the smartest people I've ever met - Management encourages us to think big and take risks - Everyone has ownership and autonomy in their roles - Work-life balance is a real thing here, plus unlimited PTO - Competitive pay and really solid perks/benefits - Nice office in DUMBO, Brooklyn

Cons

As we double in size this year, it'll be important for us to find new channels to communicate and share information across teams.

Pros

The org has been VERY selective in hiring new candidates, and they've only settled for stars. With every new hire that comes in, the rest of us realize that we constantly need to step our game up. In terms of the type of people, I haven't met a negative person here, and the bi-weekly lunches mean that you get to know everyone from the engineers to the sales team to marketing, etc. It's also a very work-first culture, which most of us love. That said, there's no glory in spending 90 hours a week working on stuff- truly a "work smarter not harder" environment and everyone buys in.

Cons

The bar is set very high- for everyone who's cut out for this, it's awesome, but some people sink pretty quickly, which is unfortunate.
