I know the word "rocket ship" is overused, but I feel really lucky to be part of such an amazing, fast-growing team. The org has been VERY selective in hiring new candidates, and they've only settled for stars. With every new hire that comes in, the rest of us realize that we constantly need to step our game up. In terms of the type of people, I haven't met a negative person here, and the bi-weekly lunches mean that you get to know everyone from the engineers to the sales team to marketing, etc. It's also a very work-first culture, which most of us love. That said, there's no glory in spending 90 hours a week working on stuff- truly a "work smarter not harder" environment and everyone buys in.
