Pros

You can't beat the location of Radford. The weather is great and the terrain is beautiful. The university and faculty are very cohesive. There is a very collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

Radford is underfunded and most people are underpaid, and a few others are grossly overpaid. The location isn't good if you like to be near big city conveniences.

beautiful location and low cost of living great vacation/time off discounts on stores around town close to other local college towns

Cons

lots of bureaucracy high turnover because of low salary. administration is not very supportive of entry level staff no official training programs for new hires
