      Pros

      Work from home, good people overall depending on the team, opportunities to take on more responsibilities always exist

      Cons

      No concept of work/life balance, extremely long hours (10+ hours a day on average) for no extra pay. Too many managers. Future is always uncertain for this company.

      There are no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They will work you until you collapse. There is absolutely no room for advancement. Management is petty and pathetic. Some of the worst pay out there - go work at Target, you'll get paid more and treated better.
