* Great relationship with clients * High tech buildings * Exceptional comradery amongst tenured employees
Cons
* Executive team micromanages all sites, especially during peak season * Very decentralized, too many chiefs protecting their areas rather than people working together * Favoritism towards long tenured employees * Absolutely no training provided to leadership in some sites * Leaders in sites are bombarded with meetings * No respect for other people's time * Complete lack of trust * Some leaders have no integrity nor interest in employees and don't practice what they preach. It's sickening.
