      Pros

      Radial is a result of the sale of Ebay Enterprises to an investment company and a merger with Innotrac. Really no pros there anymore.

      Cons

      The new owners don't care about the employees. The health benefits have been massively downgraded, and other benefits have vanished (no more sabbatical, stock options, or bonuses) There have been a lot of layoffs. Our annual raises have gone from a maximum of 6% to a maximum of 2% and in a town full of call centers we are the lowest paid.

      Remote positions are awesome and laid back. Staff is friendly and no drama.

      Cons

      Annual layoffs and downsizing which impact IT. An entire division has been notified of severance impacting 50 individuals.

      No pros most unprofessional management team that I ever worked for in my many years

      Cons

      Don’t waste your time the training is 2 weeks and they expect you to know everything. The upper management enjoys saying the F word. Very unprofessional atmosphere. Systems used are old take forever to update
