      Large reductions in force, (RIF) 2-3 times each year since 2011. Mass attrition on top of RIF Expectations are unreasonable for remaining employees Zero work/life balance Management does not listen

      Pros

      I chose to work for Radial because of the collaborative culture that was evident from Day 1. The Onboarding and training has been great! Everyone that I've worked with from IT, HR, Facilities Mgmt., Client Success and Operations have been great to work with. They seek your input and have a respect for the individual. I see a bright future for this company as we continue to see companies turn to ECommerce as the preferred choice of retail.

      I have not experienced and cons at this point, only great things to say.
