      Pros

      Radial is a very cutting edge company focused on employee and customer needs. They are constantly changing and improving with new technology on all fronts. Radial like most company's is driven by its productivity but also has a strong emphasis on building a culture that feels more like a family environment.

      Cons

      The only Con that I could come up with is that they have not been in our area several years sooner.

      Radial is a great place to work that is passionate about their team! The team consistently has fun activities for all employees including an annual picnic at each site! The team is really focus on helping employees grow and develop for additional opportunities. Overall it is a great place to work!
