Not worth it unless you plan to stay temporarily

Pros

Benefits are just OK. Could be better Supervisors are typically nice Opportunity to work from home

Cons

The pay is not good at all for the type of work we do. Also it is customer service, sitting with a headset glued to your head. No opportunity for advancement, if given the opportunity it can be taken from you at any time. That could be out of anybodies control but they will not care to put you into another similar position within the company because management only really cares about keeping people on the phones Constant changes, they think its good to constantly change and do not care about stability. Schedule requests get worked at a very slow pace, supervisors are constantly having to be reminded to get them done. If you request time off sometimes the requests will not even get looked at until the time has passed.

Pros

The best thing in that place were people who work there.

Cons

If you want to give 110 % and get nothing in return working there for years it's a place for you. Since new management started implementing their procedures a lot of people have been laid off and lower management started disappearing really quickly.

Pros

Loved most of the people, good benefits and perks

Cons

Grew too fast, then divested some businesses too fast. Former CEO Rubin took the most valuable business entities and left the rest behind for buyer Ebay. Culture of buyer Ebay didn't really mesh with this East coast-originated business. Many got laid off, and other just eventually left.
