Pros

As I waited for my interview, I had chance to observe employees come and go. I did not see anyone who appeared distressed or miserable.

Cons

haven't started yet, but am looking forward to it! I am hoping to convert to an actual employee by working very hard to prove myself.

Pros

It's first shift. The hours are okay.

Cons

Not enough pay 8.75/hr. Have to wait a year to get a 10/20 cent raise. Have to make a uph everyday that you're not getting paid extra for. Facility is extremely hot. You are forced to work in other dept. Supervisors are rude. Supervisors have their favorites.

Pros

Radial is a result of the sale of Ebay Enterprises to an investment company and a merger with Innotrac. Really no pros there anymore.

Cons

The new owners don't care about the employees. The health benefits have been massively downgraded, and other benefits have vanished (no more sabbatical, stock options, or bonuses) There have been a lot of layoffs. Our annual raises have gone from a maximum of 6% to a maximum of 2% and in a town full of call centers we are the lowest paid.
