Pros

What a great organization! While we are undergoing an amazing transformation - there isn't a better time to join the company! If you are interested in getting a chance to shape the future of an organization - this is the place to be.

Cons

Still a lot of areas that need to be defined, but confident this will just be a journey. You really have to be able to function with ambiguity.

Pros

Formerly eBay Enterprise, Radial enjoys a strong market presence in eCommerce fulfillment and customer service operations. They offer high-quality services at market rates in these areas, and will continue to build their customer base.

Cons

- Recently spun off from eBay, the company is in a culture "transformation" (though many would say "tailspin"). - The former growth orientation that eBay offered as prior owner has turned to margin optimization, which squeezes employees and de-prioritizes clients' needs. - The technology stack (order management & omni-channel fulfillment) is competitive, but lacks strong leadership in innovation, product marketing, and sales. - Private Equity ownership has led to the day-to-day work environment feeling more like a group of temp workers wondering how long their contract will continue vs. the long-term career company it once was.
