Pros

The physical office has decent access to the turnpike.

Cons

-People are promoted to positions for which they are not qualified, but rather because they are friendly with the head of the department. - Toxicity is not only encouraged, but is promoted. The worse you behave, the more quickly you will rise up in the organization. - Don't bother going to Human Resources, as they are in cahoots with leadership. In fact, the person you go to HR about will know about it before your meeting with HR is even finished. You will be sold out. Do not trust HR.

Pros

They annihilated all the pros when bpost took over The vacation time is still good though Some upper management is amazing

Cons

NO work life balance. They change the schedule on you last minute and are very unreasonable if you have to have your days off that you planned for already. Tons of mandatory overtime at ten hours a day 6-7 days a week. Garbage insurance that has gotten steadily worse over the last couple years. Offered nothing but an insulting t shirt and a condescending digital newsletter from the ceo in his living room during a pandemic. Our workload is doubling and everyone is quitting and they do not even moderately address it. They simply will not raise the pay. In fact they claim to have competitive pay based on the market in our area. This is untrue. Every competing e-commerce building here and in Cincinnati is paying more and even gave bonuses to their employees for keeping them afloat through covid. They claim they intend to be transparent but backdated their covid response updates while we spent a month in the dark about all of it. This is an all around terrible company to work for. Im personally embarrassed to admit I've put up with the steady decline and poor pay for so long.
