The pay is not good at all for the type of work we do. Also it is customer service, sitting with a headset glued to your head. No opportunity for advancement, if given the opportunity it can be taken from you at any time. That could be out of anybodies control but they will not care to put you into another similar position within the company because management only really cares about keeping people on the phones Constant changes, they think its good to constantly change and do not care about stability. Schedule requests get worked at a very slow pace, supervisors are constantly having to be reminded to get them done. If you request time off sometimes the requests will not even get looked at until the time has passed.

Several Managers lack the experience needed for their position. Team leads seem to only be there for the money. No room for advancement, and arrogant management. Certain management "Seasonal/Core" were seen gossiping, and playing! Some of the management overlooked your efforts. Communication between management and agents was extremely poor. Some created vertical drama. and made the atmosphere feel depressing at times.
