Pros

Most of your direct managers are going to be nice and super friendly. The people here alone is the reason I stayed for so many years. Some of them really do feel like family

Cons

The pay is one of the lowest compared to competitors. Training for front line agents isn’t long enough nor are they paid enough. Work at home systems crash all the time and depending on how long it’s down, you won’t get paid. They don’t interview before hiring, so you get a ton of agents that are not a good fit at all and makes it nearly impossible to get them to improve

Great company, bad HR leadership

Pros

Operations leaders are great to work with all the way up to the COO. Solid communication from leadership and they treat people with respect. Internal career opportunities available on the operations side of the business. COO is a dynamic leader and influencer who understands the industry.

Cons

HR corporate leadership is condescending. CHRO has been promoted quickly in her tenure at Radial, but doesn't appear to have been given people leadership training or the tools to make her an effective partner. She has zero empathy for others within the HR department and supporting functions. Her as well as other leaders in HR treat people with little respect and only manages up. They are so tight on funding for the department that a majority of HR does not have the tools needed to be successful. The HR leaders are very insincere and lacks emotional intelligence. It is my understanding that HR should be about people, but none of the HR leaders truly care about the people. They solely care about how they look to the executive leaders of the company.

Decent money with how much you end up working.

Spring overtime on you same day and will fire you if you do not stay.
