      Pros

      Great parent company to work for as far as synergy, teams, pay, and benefits.

      Cons

      Every time they changed top management we would change direction for projects and technology stacks which seemed to happen about every year.

      Pros

      The people were wonderful to work with. It was a colloquial environment, where it almost always felt like you were a part of a team. Compensation was fair.

      Cons

      Executive Management was often reluctant to make definitive decisions or to commit fully to new endeavors. It rarely felt as though executive management would actively promote new endeavors.

      Good benefits. Some flexibility. Remote work available. Room for advancement.

      Cons

      Confusión on how to run a department. Cut hours due to no work. Performed two duties for the price of one. Supervisory staff needs training. Also supervisor pick and choose their favorites. They post jobs when people have already been in trainING for the position. Your chances of getting the promotion is zero.
