      Pros

      The people and teamwork were supportive if you want to learn and excel. It was a friendly environment.

      Cons

      Management was not supportive and selective on who they want to focus on. Many felt they had to prove themselves either through network or events.

      Pros

      Company rewards initiative and has a good policy in place for training. Good 401k plan match. Great people! Couldn't ask for better coworkers; friendly and willing to offer help when needed. I actually liked my job and enjoyed going into the office.

      Cons

      Has developed a track record of "cleaning house" annually. Some departments seem to be targeted for downsizing on a regular basis.
