Pros
Insurance is fairly good so there is that.
Cons
They are two faced, the company will pretend they care, and you managers will tell you you're doing good and have zero complaints until they collect enough and railroad you with it. When you ask for examples of what's you are doing wrong, they will use nondescript words and tell you they can't tell you what the problem is because of HR issues. The company has a high turnover rate, one of these reasons is because they will work you to the bone and when you can't keep up it's your fault because HQ has double the staff for half the workload while the smaller locations get no help at all. They will tell you things like we can only tell you to work 40 hrs a week but they insinuate you need to do work on your own time and off the clock.
