Pros

Not a lot Small company if you like to learn many things and get out for a carer Growing company but risky

Cons

Compensation is not competitive Favoritism for a select few No real growth vs just more of the same work and you need to be one of the favorites Leaders believe they should pay on who is risky to lose. If you're new you have no real chance.

Not a place to build a career

Pros

You are immersed in many different tasks, everyday you will be doing many different things. This is a great place to gain experience, but it is not a place to build a career. Look at the other reviews below to see why.

Cons

Turnover is very high, a testament to the work place culture and environment you are surrounded in. Most people will be newly graduated students from physics or math. The supply of these students graduating more than fills the demand from turnover. The pay is well below the average pay of your job in the greater Redmond/Seattle area. Culture and values of the company are nonexistent. Management constantly drills in the need to win at any cost. Morales and integrity do not exist, the end goal is how much money you can make with each and every transaction.

Pros

This really is a good place to work. Very loose feeling and value each employees ideas. They expect a lot out of each employee but makes them feel very valued.

Cons

Compensation could be better, but not horrible. Sometimes a little more structure might do some good
