Pros

No Pro For this Place

Cons

No proper training, when asking team lead for help your told to refer to the "training manual" which is often dated and 70 pages long. Only provide 30 Minute Lunches A lot of favortisim and favorites get to leave for extended periods of time, long lunches or pick kids up from school, but when asked for a longer lunch, an email has to be sent with an explanation get more help from coworkers than team leads, who seem to be besties with the manager A lot of "Cover there A** Emails" from Team Leads and Managers about how your failing at your job, and say "we're here to help" but really don't offer any assitance. Unrealtistic Credentialing Processes that don't fall under TJC or NCQA Guidelines Why do I have to ask a physicain to send me a GAP explanation for 1 DAY they did not work, when the application says we only need an explanation for 30 Day Gaps. Why do we have to ask for copies of diplomas from Medical Training when we have ABMS to verify that. Once a month meetings held my CL& P super annoying and a waste of TIME, before recording the Director goes on a tangent and curses, which is absolutley unprofessional, it's like she's trying to be "Cool" Too much onboarding of physicians who don't even have visas to work in the US and when the credentialing is delayed because of that, the credentialer gets in trouble, we have no control that recruiting is not fully vetting the physican. Microaggressions on a Team Chat where someone post "Good Morning Queens" everyday and constantly adds GIFS of African Americans, but she's not AA same person also send Constant Teams Encouragment from the , sending "GOD Has You" "Praying for You" and Christian Bible Scriptures - Unprofessional in a work enviroment, you should consider that some people are Christian. Constant scrutnity from Upper Management and Manager to open up about family, upon hire you're asked to create a PDF of "YOU" and they encourage you to include pictures of your family, what you do for fun, etc. - Some people are private and don't want to mix family with work. And did I mention workload! Recently have to now work intial and reappoint files, there is no training manual for reappointment files, upper management doesn't even know what's going or how to even process a file, but in meetings we're constantly told "You have to get on the ground running" Credentialing system that is used is prehistoric and constantly shutsdown and freezes, you can't even minamize it to another screen, it's so ancient and the work load you're expected to complete with a nonfunctional system is unrealistic. Also too many leaders, too many VP, too many Managers, too many Directors of Operations. This company is not 1 single company it's a company that buys out radiology companies that are suffering and then allows these companies to continue to keep VP, Directors, managers, etc. Instead of trying to unify the company as a whole. So when something goes wrong you better believe about 20 different "VP" "Managers" and "Directors" are all going to reach out or be cc'd. A lot of catering to different entities, even though we're supposed to be one company, so the onboarding credentialing process is not the same across the board. Pay is also poor and last year employees received a near to nothing raise even though the company grossed over 700 million the year before.

Pros

Remote work and somewhat of a team environment.

Cons

Do not apply if you are applying for a credentialing position. The workloads are unrealistic. Your immediate leadership do not care. They have a lot to address!

Pros

Close relationships with Practicing Managers, Directors and Medical Staff Offices, Strong rapport with Radiologists.

Cons

Heavy workloads with very little support from upper management. No incentive to grow or even sustain work/life balance due to growing expectations with little resources.
