      Pros

      RP has done a good job of creating a cohesive culture and reinforcing that along the way in a very intentional manner. Colleagues know that they are part of a larger mission/purpose.

      Cons

      The radiology market grows more-and-more difficult every year, with too few radiologists matched against too much work. Not a dynamic that is specific to RP, but one that certainly affects it.
