Great benefits including fertility. All about the doctors which is good or bad depending

Cons

Influenced a lot by Medicare and political policy’s , sink or swim kinda company, lots of leaders leaving because they are finding better.

Good salary and benefits package

Cons

Work-life balance isn't a priority. People who expect a regular lunch break are mocked in meetings. People who take email breaks to get into flow are similarly mocked. Constant last minute requests and process changes. Little to no documentation for procedures that staff, including new staff, are expected to still execute on perfectly every time

Teammates are very supportive and the Radiologists are some of the nicest people I’ve met.

Cons

This company needs new leadership. There is zero professional development or ability to promote from within.
