It's a job, and they have health benefits- The best thing you can do is Quit.

Cons

The parent company and the upper management are a nightmare. As the saying goes, there are too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Toxic work environment and leave if you don't like it attitude—no work-life balance. There are two sets of rules: one for the Radiologists and one for the rest of us.
