      leadership not interested in people, only profits and cost cutting. employees overworked and underpaid. no appreciation. focus solely on doctors with no regard to employees

      The health benefits are decent and remote work.

      Every positive review on Glassdoor are posted by company leadership or the recruitment team as part of a campaign to improve the company image on Glassdoor. The negative reviews are the true stories of what Radiology Partners is like. It will likely take some time to work through the trauma of working at RP. This is a very top heavy organization with a foundation of nepotism. HR and Rev Cycle leaders are particularly awful. The founders are in bed with investors and Imagine Software owner to score themselves and doctors $$$. Support staff and Technology team are treated very poorly here.
