      Flexibility in work schedule sometimes

      Cons

      Severely underpaid, no chance of promotion, extremely stressful, high turnover over rate due to undervalued workers. Always disorganized, no upper management In sight, expected to do tasks that aren’t your job title with no compensation.

      The culture at this company is absolutely terrible. I’ve never worked at a place that felt so hostile and offered such little support to the employees. Poor management.
