High growth and growing pains. Not a lot of standard structures put into place. Not staffed well for growth.

Cons

Lack of communication, chaos everyday, mo wins. Upper management have no clue what staff goes through everyday. Culture of more, more and more with less. Expect to be asked to meet unrealistic expectations.

Overall ok company to work for.

Cons

Bad communication systems are in place. HR is really non-existent in terms of going to someone with issues. You really have to advocate for yourself.
