      Pros

      Working from home is about it.

      Cons

      Horrible management and leadership. Emails and concerns sent to manager with no reply. Terrible communication. Constantly short staffed because they continue to lose employees. Nepotism and favoritism is a huge problem. Family members of leadership are given jobs that others are more qualified for. Don’t waste your time with this company.

      - Communication and training is extremely poor, new employees either float or sink fast - High turnover at the company. Some employees return to their former employers which is never a good sign - Pay is not on par with the work expectations - Tiny PTO offerings and overall with poor benefits to support staff
