Pros

The culture and teams at RP make it a happy and upbeat environment. Everyone works together well and it is a very diverse culture.

Cons

Being remote during the pandemic has been hard to build relationships, but we are seeing that come to an end and starting to go back to the office.

This company needs new leadership. There is zero professional development or ability to promote from within.
