      Working from home is about it.

      Cons

      Horrible management and leadership. Emails and concerns sent to manager with no reply. Terrible communication. Constantly short staffed because they continue to lose employees. Nepotism and favoritism is a huge problem. Family members of leadership are given jobs that others are more qualified for. Don’t waste your time with this company.

      RP truly has great leaders across all departments & within all local practices. They want what is best for their staff & the radiologists, and everyone has the mission to Transform Radiology at the forefront of their mind.

      Cons

      We’ve grown really fast, so there are times when many projects & new initiatives are going on. It’s a fast-paced environment, but definitely fun!
