Culture is pretty good and a lot of smart people

Cons

Raises are a joke if you interviewing fight like hell for the salary you want. Otherwise it will take you years to increase your wage to a significant amount.

No pros that are worth actually writing about

Cons

Not a lot of advancement for people of color or those who are openly LGBTQ. I often heard racist, homophobic or transphobic speech while working there. Most of the black and hispanic teammates were stuck in low paying hourly positions while others were actively promoted to higher paying salaried positions even if you were qualified or more qualified than who they chose. Unless you have a friend that already works in a high-paying role, there's little chance that you'll be considered.
