Pros

The remote/WFH policy is great. Enormous ability to learn new things since there is no guidance or direction. Excellent for people looking to shoot from the hip in what can only be described as the wild-wild-west. If you like a dynamic work environment with juicy politics, you will thrive here.

Cons

Lack of management accountability, guidance, or direction. Expect frequent conflicting project, priorities, and timelines. Everything is a fire drill leading to horrible work/life balance and frequent interruption or re-prioritization.

I was told that I would receive a bonus on my March 31 check for the prior year's hard work. Bonuses were frozen due to Covid the week before I was to receive it, and due to relocation had to leave the job, so therefore never received my bonus. I was in the accounting department, so I was still processing frivolous spending and $100k bonuses for physicians. I never received my measley bonus. Clearly the company does not care about the employees that make the company run, while leaving us overworked and underpaid. This is a huge reason why there was so much turnover, along with a highly toxic and micromanaged atmosphere.
