Pros

Initially it was a very friendly and focused company that was the world gold standard for blood gas instrumentation. Very dedicated personnel.

Cons

Lack of new products. Current develoment of new medical device is over 3 years past due. Had multiple problems with current medical devices that took years to correct.

Pros

Excellent interaction with motivated team players on the regional level. Middle management generates a comfortable work environment and provides guidance and mentoring necessary for success as a business unit.

Cons

Corporate management could be more open in sharing information that effects field business units. Changes to equipment and software along with problems encountered is not always communicated or communicated promptly. There is a tendency to handle personnel issues at a distance. They have a tendency to do things remotely and not try to put a human face on tough decisions.
