Pros

Very high quality products. Very educated and technically competent associates. Growing industry. Medical technology is the place to be. You can be very proud of the products.

Cons

Management only believes what they learn from Denmark. US salaries don't compare to competitive US companies. They are particularly interested and driven by sales and not by marketing.

Pros

very family friendly good work-life balance process (not results) orientated - can easily avoid responsibility and little effort gets you a long way friendly people

Cons

exclusively Danish at the top entrenched board with replacement already lined up early career progression based on performance, but later mostly on years of service in combination with small sporadic efforts rather than concrete improvements

Pros

Good salary and if you like firefighting all the time, this is the place for you.

Cons

Lack of or cumbersome processes, making it difficult to work. Lots of people are leaving, but management does not seem open and honest about why.
