Pros

It's a great group of people to work with. The company culture leads to supporting each other and celebrating each others' success, instead of only looking out for yourself. The work is interesting and challenging. The company also really cares about each individual, and they know how to embrace all the positive aspects of being a small company.

Cons

I gained weight because of all the snacks in the office.

Radius takes core values and company culture very seriously. They emphasize teamwork, integrity, commitment to clients, quality and fun in everything they do. Family oriented, flexible and great team members to work with. Professional and personal growth is highly valued and management works hard to help employees reach their fullest potential.

Cons

The work can be challenging, but it is rewarding when the team solves complex project issues.

Pros

The most family oriented and employee centered company I've ever worked for. This company exceeds expectations when it comes to work life balance. Teamwork and being helpful is encouraged among employees and management. No one feels left in the dark because the company stands by transparency and open communication, something that I really appreciate after coming from a larger corporate setting.

Cons

Sometimes management can be a little unavailable due to the busy dynamic of a small company.
