Pros

All the employees pull their own weight, and are genuinely good people to be around. Teamwork is emphasized, and everyone helps out one another when needed. The office atmosphere is relaxed and fun.

Cons

It's a new(ish) small company which means everyone is very busy, and not everything is as organized as it could be (but it's getting there).

Pros

The most dangerous phrase in the language is "We've always done it this way." Well, that isn't the case at Radius. Your ideas are heard out, tested, and then implemented if it works out. Radius does not shut your ideas down. They're open to it and encourage it. Radius is always trying to find new innovative systems to make our processes more efficient. Radius has a start up feel; In an industry that has a long overdue update. Mistakes are not rebuked but are looked at as learning opportunities. - Daily Snacks - Happy Hours - Sparkling Water - Pizza Parties

Cons

Benefits could be better. Life Insurance. Family Health Plans. Additional PTO. Higher 401K match.
