A Month In and Loving It

Pros

I've been with Raft for about a month now and so far have loved it. From having no micromanager to being able to work from home & essentially set my own hours, it has been a wealth of freedom from previous jobs.

Cons

Nothing against the company here but it can be harder to set boundaries for yourself when working from home to ensure you spend enough time actually doing work. Once I fell into a rhythm though, it becomes no different than being at the office!

Perfect fusion of govcon and the tech space - the culture and change we need!

Pros

- meaningful work, with a focus on solutions - undaunted by the hard - fast-paced - collaborative - supportive - real solutions - telework/hybrid with unlimited PTO (ie get your work done and take the time you need)

Cons

none so far. get ready to hit the ground running and maintain pace (but we are all given time to rest and recover as needed #unlimitedPTO).

Great place to work

Pros

The culture and management encourage the employees to inject innovations to the projects. (Of course, product development is the baseline.) A good place to work and grow. Friendly teams and good benefits.

Cons

The company will ask you to take the Security+ certificate if you don't have it. Well... it is not hard to get it. But it costs time to prepare the exam.
