Ability to learn multiple operations of the company, no cap on how much you can earn, fully remote , best company gifts ever, you are acknowledged on a company level if you work hard,great atmosphere

Cons

There is a lot to learn so you can fall behind , call center type position, it’s remote so if you can’t manage you time thing because very hard.

Cons

The current KPIs for this inbound call center position seem unrealistic, especially considering the nature of the work. Fluctuations in business volume are often beyond our control, yet expectations remain consistently high. This creates undue pressure on employees and can lead to job insecurity when targets are not met, even though external factors may be the primary cause of the shortfall.

Pros

Railbookers Group is very big on promoting within, providing career growth opportunities, and educating their employees so that the employee can flourish over time. In my eleven years at the company, I've worked in four different departments in a myriad of positions and was promoted or offered the opportunity to shift positions for career advancement each time.

Cons

I personally think it is a "pro" but for some, the 100% remote work environment can be a "con" about the job.
