Pros

Railbookers offers plenty of opportunities for growth, and to advance in your career. I started with the company as an Account Executive, and was promoted to management within a year. I consistently feel supported and motivated by upper management. There's a great team mentality and the environment is always positive. Railbookers offers opportunities to travel with FAM trips, summits, and great compensation. Our team is passionate about the growth of our team, and assisting everyone to become successful in their role. Communication is clear and organized through daily meetings, one-on-ones, and trainings. Proud to be a part of this company and everything Railbookers stands for!

Cons

Nothing negative to share. Very happy with my career, and excited for the years to come.

Pros

Inbound Sales Work from Home

Cons

Terrible management (most) Training and actual job expectations are not the same. Top Account Executives have assistants but expect as a new AE you are to achieve those numbers all on your own. Always end up working off the clock if you want to keep your money in your own pocket or others will steal your sales. Will let you do without any warning,

Railbookers Group Response

The Account Executive position at Railbookers Group is dynamic and demands a positive, resilient mindset for success. We set clear expectations up front, and upon joining the sales floor, the Sales Development Team reviews the KPIs required at each milestone to progress through the ramp-up period, ensuring success beyond the initial 120 days. If an individual is unable to show improvement after comprehensive support—including individual coaching, group coaching, and specialized sessions to enhance sales skills and address opportunity areas—the role may not be the right fit. We maintain transparency in these discussions to ensure there are no surprises along the way. Our hiring process is selective to support our rapid growth and ensure our customers and Travel Agent partners receive the best service. With over 300 staff across 5 countries and 33 U.S. states, there are endless opportunities for growth within our organization. We would like to speak with you directly to better understand your perspective, as we strive to ensure all employees, both current and former, have a positive experience with us. Please feel free to reach out to me or anyone in our HR Department at 949-876-6747 or HR@railbookers.com to discuss further. Thank you, Ja’ Net McGhee – Employee Engagement Manager
