I've been with the company for a year now. Over that year I have had 2 promotions, enjoyed a wonderful FAM (Familiarization Trip) to Rome, Florence and Venice and I've had the pleasure of experiencing the great "open-door policy" when communicating with Management (when they say it, they mean it "open-door"). They are a supportive staff that understands the inner workings of the positions because they have all been in my shoes. Plus the work benefits are exceptional (medical, dental, HSA, 401K, PTO, FAM trips, Annual bonuses, etc.). And also referral bonuses!!!!
