Pros
I can't speak much to the sales experience, so if you're looking for advice on that, look at a different review. From my time in sales, it was a typical call center environment, just fully remote. The biggest pro of this company is that they actively promote from within. Regardless of your starting department, it is relatively easy to apply for other internal positions and move up. If you show interest, the management will go out of their way to nurture that interest and set you up for success in a new role which is awesome. There is definitely an emphasis on employee feedback and they are constantly trying to improve things. If you say something to management, it can have impact, which is very refreshing. As you would expect with a travel company, there are some very robust travel benefits. Personal travel at cost, friends and family discounts, familiarization trips to get to know the products/vendors, and a pretty generous time off package (works out to be about 1 month of time off/year between sick time, vacation time, and floating holidays.)
Cons
Definitely some growing pains. I joined the company right around the transition to a medium size company so there have been a lot of changes. If you don't like change in policy/procedure, this may not be a great fit for you. Pay-band could be better (couldn't it always be?) and they're pretty rigid in terms of "this is the wage for this position" with little to no room for negotiation. They're average in terms of what is nationally given for my role, which is acceptable given the remote aspect. They do regularly look at cost of living and adjust accordingly.
