      Pros

      Well compensated. Better than any other travel company I have worked for. Work from home for best home/work life balance. A true "we are a family" culture. Room to grow and limitless opportunities. Chances to win free trips and other incentives.

      Cons

      Currently terrible health and medical benefits for Canadians. However, this is already being worked on for improvement.

      Pros

      The fully remote environment is fantastic, but what truly sets this company apart is the people and the culture. The day-to-day work is motivating, and leadership, especially Frank Marini, is genuinely inspiring and sets a great tone for the team. I appreciate the opportunity to work here every day, so much so that I continually refer others to join us. Highly recommend!
