Good location and hours. Money can be made if willing to deal.

Cons

Poorly constructed training program. Upper management within the office won't even take the time to introduce themselves. Typical call center setting in terms of employees and overall organization of the office. A clique like environment makes for a lot of snakes in the grass, you must always watch yourself. High level of turnover in this office. Worked in this location for 3 days before accepting an opportunity elsewhere

Working in Travel is fun! Nice People. Overall, good atmosphere. Room to grow.

Cons

Benefits aren't great. For example, no eye or dental care options.

Pros

Fellow employees. Small enough company that you get to know your co-workers well. Office location in Beverly MA, where cost of living is fairly affordable.

Cons

Pay scale is not in line with other Tour Operators for the same positions. No sense of loyalty from the CEO/ Owner of the company for all the hard work you put in to make the company profitable. High turn over in key positions within the organization. Major burn-out among employees as too much is expected from them.
