Here at Railbookers the management team is dedicated to the support, coach, and development of all team members once they have completed their six-week paid training program. The Inside Sales management team helps to facilitate a smooth transition between training to working with our customers in planning their vacations. We also offer weekly sales training, one-to-one meetings weekly and side-by-side support to all our account executives. Including regular observations, support, and feedback sessions.
Relating to your comment about sales being given to another employee. Our Account Executives have complete ownership of their customers for a certain timeframe, giving them the very best opportunity to ensure they are taking great care of our customers and helping them select the right trip and departure that works for them. However, if a customer does not decide within a specific time frame, the request is open to all account executives to help the customer. This ensures our customers receive exceptional customer service and are always taken care of in a timely fashion.
