Pros

1)Quality product, reputable brand 2) Employees have a passion for the trade 3) Salary is generous but where it should be in the market, including company vehicle (no logos required) 4) Many quality people (two extremes, really good or really toxic, no in-between)

Cons

1) Micro-Management! Too many managers at any table, for every meeting. Weird! 2) High turnover 3) Toxic mindset still remains at the narrowed top, and with tenured employees, that bleeds down. 4) Only 1 annual bonus, no commissions or bonuses throughout the year; if you make it to the following year, you'll get your only bonus. If you depart, bonus is not prorated ( you'll get a big goose egg) 5) Lack of reasonable transparency inside and outside. No shared org chart and you often don't know when someone has departed. 6) Work in silos, with so much redundancy, no unified goal; leads to an unprofessional appearance to the customer 7) Promote toxic people, vs terminating, or halting the behavior 8) Maintain a workforce based on ability vs being a buddy 9) Training provided by the company in the beginning of your role 10) Bullying and emotional abuse honored (see many same reviews on this topic) 11) Lack of diversity is a real issue. 12) Antiquated internal systems that mirror the 90's. No CRM and reliant to the extreme on spreadsheets and email. 13) No defined standards, everyone does things differently with no oversight for resulting costs and inefficient systems. 14) Infrastructure is lean at the top with tenured management not open to new ideas. Also, very little chance for promotion due to org chart. 15) Desperate to keep up with market and competition. Lagging behind; forced to sell new technology with no market research that proves a demand. 16) Did I mention high turnover? Customers often don't know who to call for support.
