Opportunities to work in areas of advancing technology with very smart people. Great teamwork and collaboration. A nice flexible work policy that allows work days in the office and at home without micromanagement.

Some strange practices like not posting org charts.

Products are quality. Founding family cares about their staff, products and company.

Cons

National and corporate level management are still stuck in the mud. Yes, Rain Bird excels, but that’s largely due to the historic power of the name. Many of those based in Tucson at the senior level could disappear tomorrow and the company would still thrive.
