Great co-workers - highly motivated, highly educated who strive for the best

Cons

Senior management needs a house-cleaning Decision making is from the top down which is okay but if you suggest alternative courses of action you are labeled a trouble maker. You do what they tell you to do. If you expect senior management to value your feedback you're mistaken. They take your constructive feedback as an attack and your next annual review will be the first step toward them showing you the door. Its their way or the highway.

It has been a mistake joining Rain Bird. The company doesn´t know what "motivation" means.

Good Salary but nothing else. Some great people but dominated by Fear.

Cons

Completely old fashion management Style and business approach. Lack of investment on key things like IT. Lack of motivation of almost everybody in the teams.
