Pros

High quality products with very nice brand image and fully committed employees. Automatic irrigation is a very interesting activity, that will be growing in the next years.

Cons

The Top Management is not at the required level, sharing no vision and relying only on good old recipes that have built the company for the last 30 years. Rain Bird is losing ground to the main competitors because it is still a 20th century company, led by the 80-years old son of the founders, and a bunch of so-called top-managers only committed to their own self-preservation.

There is people protected by high managment wich is okay the only CON is that they are so mediocre that it insults the rest of the people working there. Lack of a good documentation system, too many unqualified people doing the job of qualified ones, so you can imagine..

Pros

location pay is good peers are nice people to work with. Some are very intelligent and some are riding the coat tails of others.

Cons

Directors are clueless ( seriously wonder how they got there!) High employee turn over ( think about that for a moment!) the company is outsourcing as much as is possible. Many positions are now in the hands of the Mexicans and Chinese. product quality is now going to suffer. Sales will plummet.
