Pros

If you have a few good co-workers you can actually learn something from them. But that quickly goes away whne they realize that the only way to survive at Rain Bird is to backstab your collegues to make yourself look better.

Cons

Constant fear of being terminated or laid off. Not a good healthy environment to be in for anyone. I have worked for real companies that realized that employees are the true assets of the company. They need to be nutured and feel a sense of loyalty from the company. When they feel that sense of loyalty it will effect productivity and morale.

Pros

The great weather in Tucson, with little to no traffic and friendly people in town. The U of A is a GREAT school that needs a new basketball coach. I hear they built a new entrance??? Also, employees must pass through metal detectors before entrance and when leaving. I guess disgruntled employes are a concern. I miss Tucson. E

Cons

No company direction for future growth. Laid off and and later RB hired new employee for my position? Terrible management, company should sell or go public, which would force better company performance and more success. Choosing the right co-workers to side with for future job directions.
