      Always trying to do the right thing, hires smart experienced people (you get to learn a lot from your coworkers), solid company with a sustainable future, you can really balance personal/work time

      Cons

      Very lean, sometimes too much; if you are not constantly improving you can get behind and be caught by the performance appraisal process

      They are not fire you, you may still working in the company by decades

      Cons

      You are not earning a competitive salary, compared with other companies. Rain Bird managers do not award your efforts or achivments in this area. Progressive cut of job positions increment your work but not your salary. Ridiculous evaluations are still performed but decisions have been made previously to tag a level in any worker, with A, B,C, D positions, that qualify the kind of worker that you have sorted, randomising the positions to meets the eye of the big boss.
