      A great global name, with very good products

      Appalling management in the US who dictate to Australia. It's really a 70's style of scare management and intimidation

      It is fascinating to get to meet in the same place the best-talented individuals that share the same passion as you. Brilliant co-workers, international exposure, ownership of your process and autonomy, are only a few of the things I highly appreciate of Rain Bird.

      Cons

      The company keeps you busy. But rather than a con, it is a challenge that pays off!
