Pros

Benefits were OK and in general, the non-management people were good people. Otherwise, there is not much to talk about.

Cons

Poor management, no direction, very satisfied with the status quo, placed no value in employees below the director level. Too focused on policies and procedures to the point of absurdity. Mandates would come down from upper management with no explanation, and make absolutely no sense. I honestly do not know how the command such a high market share.

Pros

Great for your resume. Being surrounded by high quality people is an opportunity to not miss, even though the corporation itself is way out of its league in product development.

Cons

Poor senior mgmt, lack of clear direction, inability to admit and expeditiously correct faults. Due to corporate blanket, the company is slowly getting eaten by the competition and those who are unfortunately involved in the perpetually slow process of RB's product development, approval and release should just take a bow and move on to better things before they are shuffled out.

Pros

Pay is slightly higher than average. Generally speaking the people in positions below the owner and a few of the Sr. Management people are great and I am very good friends with many of them. Unfortunately we all spend too much time complaining about the issues at the company.

Cons

The owner is a terrible manager and border line evil. Say one to two words wrong in a meeting and he will ensure you are gone. There is no way you can win the relationship. He sets the priorities. No matter how irrelevant they are you are responsible for getting them done "his way". Get them completed a different way, fired. Can't get the resources needed to complete them, Fired.
